Hello everybody,
Do you believe in kindness boomerang? I do believe.
These days we are listening to sad pieces of news about bullying, cyberbullying and teen depression.
Cyberbullying can be very difficult to detect as children use technology more and more early. On the one hand, parental supervision becomes crucial, but it's really difficult to control because teenagers use their mobeys at any time and everywhere, and on the other hand schools are yet to understand how to cope with this serious problem.
I want to share this video with you to encourage the spreading of happiness through small acts of kindness.
All of us must combat these intimidations, abuses, threats or physical assaults which are cruel and brutal.
Remember that kindness changes lives. I hope you like this video and the content.
Here you can listen to the song "One day" by Matisyahu and read the lyrics.
I encourage you to know more about the writer and the lyrics.

Hello everybody, Yesterday leaderscelebrated 800th anniversary of the "Great charter".
King John I signed and sealed the Magna Carta. It represents a peace treaty and it is one of the most famous British document. The main principle of this document was that everybody is equal under the law and nobody is above it.
Our pen pals are from Epsom (England) in the county of Surray. The Queen and members of the Royal Family, along with Prime Minister David Cameron and other dignataries, were in Runnymede yesterday, which is also located in the county of Surray.
Runnymede is a National Trust Park today but it was chosen by the King and the barons its ground is very boggy and it prevented battles.
You can see some memorial symbols like this if you visit the park. This was created by the American Bar Association.

Hi everyone,
Just breathe is a short film in which small children talk about emotions and show us how to deal with them and some interesting breathing techniques.
The filmmakers, Julie Bayer and Josh Salzman, try to show how helpful the practise of mindfulness is in keeping children emotionally healthy.
And you? How do your emotions affect you? How do you feel?
This touching commercial, from Metlife Hong Kong, about a father's love is fantastic. Our parents give us a lot of love and support specially when we are kids.
This pigtail-sporting girl talks about his daddy and she starts saying: "Daddy is the sweetest daddy in the world".
