Dalia Hosni Al-Jabari

Hello everybody,
Dalia Hosni is a Palestinian girl who won 1st prize at SMO. She is 14 years old and she was born in Hebron. She is a student in Barakat primary school.
She participated in the international competition for mental intelligence in Singapore.
She solved more than long-mathematic questions in just 8 minutes. 1500 students from more than 150 countries participated in the National Mathematical Olympiad of Singapore (NMOS).

Alain was the MX65 winner in Elda last weekend.

Hello everybody,
Last weekend the last race of the MX65 season was celebrated in Elda. The winner was Alain Martínez and he won the first and the second leg.
This morning he brought his trophy to the school. He was really happy.

Winter solstice: the shortest day of the year.

Hello everybody,
Today is Sunday 21 December and it is the shortest day of the year.
It is the winter solstice in the Northern hemisphere and the summer solstice in the Southern hemisphere.
For the next six months the days will gradually lengthen.

Motxila 21: lipdub

Hello everyone,
Motxila 21 is a group of music formed by 21 children, some have got Down syndrome and other haven't got it but all of them love music.
"Move" (Muévete) is their message. Two famous Spanish rock musicians, Kutxi Romero and Enrique Villarreal, collaborate with them.

Mireia Belmonte: World Record

Hello everybody,
The Spanish swimmer, Mireia Belmonte, made history yesterday as she became the first woman under 2:00 in 200 Fly at the Short Course World Championships in Doha, Qatar and then with a 4:19 victory in the 400m individual medley.
She broke two World Records in just few hours. Impressive!
