Hello everyone,
As most of you know our work has been published by the province and community newspaper La Tiza, in its educative section "La Tiza".
We are glad to share our activities to celebrate European Day of Languages 2016.

Every day we should celebrate the Day of Languages, I think.

Thanks to Susane Cater for inspiring us on how we can work with our students to celebrate this day.
We think that languages and diversity must be promoted every day.

Here you can see some picture of our work on European Day of Languages site.

Are you ready for European Day of Languages 2016? We
Our students have finished their congratulation cards for their English penpals because we want to celebrate linguistic diversity.
Did you know that 2016 is the year of Shakespeare and Cervantes?

European Day of Languages: Languages spoken in Europe.

Hello everyone,
We are going to celebrate European Day of Languages on 26 September.
This year we are going to send our English pen pals a card with the phrase "Somos amigos/We are friends" in different languages.
We are going to use the App "Google translator" to investigate it.

Here you can check a list of languages spoken in Europe.

Do you know how to say "We are friends" in different languages?

How many languages can you speak? And how many would you like to speak?

Blanca, Judith and Valeria have created these cards for their pen pals.

Blanca, Year 5 B.

Judith, Year 6 A

Valeria, Year 6 B

REMEMBER: ALWAYS protect your personal information (Name, age address, phone number, or other personal information).
