Do you know what information sharing is? It is the exchange of data between various organizations, people and technologies.

There are different types of information sharing:

  • Information sharing by individuals.
  • Information shared by organizations.
  • Information shared between firmware/software
It's important to talk to our children or students about the information we share online or in real life:

Social networks and the fine print: Tik Tok

Hello everyone,
Do you use Tik Tok or a similar APP? Then you should read carefully "the fine print of the contract" or their privacy policy and Terms and Conditions (T&C) agreements, before downloading the app, to find out what they do with the data they collect. Everybody should do the same with the rest of applications.

REMEMBER: It is very important to read it, even though it is boring as hell.

Social networks and the fine print. Instagram.

Hello everyone,
Do you use Instagram? Then you should know this information.
Do you want everybody to watch the pictures you post or only your friends?
Then you must adjust your settings in order to only your friends see them.
Once you have set your Instagram settings to private it's supposed that only your followers or people you approve can see the pictures.

Instagram says Privacy and Safety Center says:
"You can make your post private in the Instagram so only approved followers can see them".
