Lean out the window/balcony and clap.

Hello everybody,
Millions of people  pay a heartfelt tribute to health workers ("personal sanitario") in different countries every day. Across Spain, people lean out the window or balcony to applaud and whoop.

Everybody knows that NHS staff are risking their own health to help others.
Can you post your audio/video clip here? Post a video featuring people in your street/community clapping their thanks.   Use the hastag #clapfor   followed by the name of your place.

Example: #HealthworkerclapPetrer    #HealthWorkersclapMadrid   #HealthworkerClapLondon

IMPORTANT: Avoid posting personal or family videos, please. In case you want to share try to protect your image. Thank you.

Vocabulary:
Whoop: vitorear.             Lean out: Asomarse
Heartfelt: sincero.

Can you find a synonymous of clap? And NSH staff?  Just for English learners.

Free and protected images. Copyright and Creatvie Commos. I.

Hello everyone,

Students always use images from google but it's important to know what we can do with those images.

Most of those images have got a copyright license. What does it mean?
It means that artists who made or created those pieces of work, images, books, songs, company symbols, murals, etc., don't want their images to be used without permission.

Let's try to understand what copyright means.

REMEMBER:
It's illegal to include copyrighted material that you haven't got permission.

1. Can I save them? In general, it's not illegal.
 2. Can I use them? If it's for personal use, it's normally all right, but what is personal use? It means that you are not making printed copies or using them for your own site.

 Think about other examples, please.

What is the meeaning of Creative Commons license?
Some artists put their images online and establish permission to be used by anybody who wants to but it's necessary to follow the rules set out by the artists.

Let's watch this video.
