How much time do you spend on the internet? Do you think you spend too much time?
Do you know what screen time is? It's any time spent in front of a digital screen.
Think about devices you use which have got a digital screen.

Should you reduce it? How can a person reduce it? Talk to your classmates about it.
How important are life experiences for you? Can you think of activities you can do with friends or alone?
