Do you know the meaning of vamping?
Everybody knows that sleep is very important for our health and it's a necessary human functions because it allows our brains to recharge and our bodies to rest. However, some teenagers are not sleeping well because of "vamping". It's very important to go to bed early and phones mustn't be in the bedroom. Children must get 10 hours of sleep as they will be more focused next day.
These are some consequences for adolescents not getting enough sleep:

• Low grades and poor school performances.
• Negative moods.
• Low concentration.
• Stress.
