Balance your time. It's important.

Hello everyone,
Do you balance you time online and offline?
Don't let technology take over your like.
REMEMBER:
Put your device down and do other activities. Keep in mind the time limit for technology.

Sara N., Year 6 student, has created this mind map called "Balance your time" using Popplet.
Look at the pictures and think all the important activities we must do "offline" every day.
Why do you think they are important? What happens if you don't do them?

Look at "online" activities, can they be risky if you don't limit your internet time?
Think how it can affect you.
Did you know that too much time online is linked with obesity, sleep disorder, behavioral problems, impaired social skills and other physical problems?
Don't allow to impact your child's health?

World Radio Day 2020

Hi everyone,
Today is World Radio Day and the theme is "We are diversity, we are radio".
Happy World Radio Day.

I always wake up with radio and also go to sleep. It's my favourite way of getting information because I can do something else. Apart form that, I love the radio.
I listen to the news, traffic state, sports and other events.
Every year a local radio station, Radio Petrer, comes to school and broadcasts from our school.
It's a special day because children sing songs, read poems, talk about special days, tell us stories.

What is your favourite radio station?
Why do you like it?
When do you tune?
Ho do you listen to it?

We want to join this celebration.
