Bunuelous made with pumpkin

Hi again,
Look at this picture.

These are bunuelous (buñuelos) and I had some of them this morning for breakfast. They were delicious. I am a regular customer in a cafê near my place and they make them once a year, on Saint Joseph's day.

 My granny made them similar to this recipe, but I'm afraid she didn't use soda water. Her main ingredients were: eggs, sugar, pumpkin, salt, orange shin grated and powder.
