Year 5 students, Mónica, Pablo and Javier have created this healthy menu.
It is important to have a balanced diet to achieve good health and avoid long term diseases and illnesses.
A balanced diet must contain: Fruit and vegetables, Carbohydrates, Proteins, Diary and Fatty and Sugary foods.
