Hello everybody,
On 8 December 1980, the music stopped in the world. John Lennon, a famous singer from the Beatles, was murdered in New York City. A man called Mark Davis Chapman shot him because he was angry with Lennon.
Christmas is around the corner and Happy Xmas is one of the most famous songs written by John Lennon. The song reminds us that Christmas is a time for Love and Peace. It also asks people to stop fighting and and help each other. It hopes that everyone -rich or poor, black or white, young or old- can live in peace and be happy. Remember that "All you need is love"."You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one".
