It's very important that students develop open attitudes and acquire a plurilingual and intercultural education. We want to celebrate this special day one year more.
This is “Mascletà” in my village, Sant Joan d’Alacant, during "fogueres" festivity. It's always at 2 o’clock p.m. Take into account that the important thing is the noise instead of the light.
"La cremà" is the act of setting fire to the "Fogueres". These monuments are burnt every 24th June, after St. John's Eve to celebrate the Nativity of Saint John Baptism. These monuments were burnt in Alicante, Spain. It's called "Nit d la cremà", night of burning.
