Social media is where a lot of overesharing happens. Wolud you do the same face-to-face?
Are you aware of your privacy controls? Think about the time you spend on social media. Does it hurt more than it helps?

Hello everybody,
Do you have a healthy diet? Look at this picture.
Our students are having some fruit for breakfast. Foods like oranges, bananas, pears, give us minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.

Fruit provides disease fighters. Think about the benefits of eating fruit and vegetables. Is it important? Why?

We are making a homemade milkshake. We need some milk, some sugar,
two bananas, 6 strawberries and a pinch of lemonade.

Have you got a healthy menu?
Think about your breakfast, your lunch and your dinner.
How often do you have unhelathy food like pizza, burgers, pancakes, brownies?

Palindrome: our blog has got one.

Hello everyone,
Look at the picture below these lines.

Can you see the number 19991? It's a palindrome.

A palindrome is a word, phrase or number which reads the same backward or forward.

Read these sentences backward and forward:
"Rats live on no evil star"
"Do geese see God"?
"Was it a car or a cat I saw?"

Are they the same?

Do you know other examples?

Bob Marley: 70th Anniversary.

Hello everybody,
Bob Marley was born in Jamaica 6 February in 1945. He would be 70 years old. He was a Jamaican reggae singer-songwriter. He died 11 May in 1981 at the age of 36. He was really young, but his music and his message is still current. He is still the king of reggae. This is one of my favourite songs.
You can read some quotes by Bob Marley.

You can also follow the initiave #share1love and honor Bob Marley's vision of a better tomorrow.

And I also love this song.
"Stand up for your rights. Don't give up the fight".

Wonderful world by Sam Cooke.

Hello everyone,
This week we have been working on the song "Wonderful world" by Sam Cooke.
Students must think about the song: What type of music is it? When was it written? Is it a love song or a protest one? Why?
They must also get information about Sam Cooke, birth, death, nationality, nickname,...
Finally we have learnt some vocabulary, revise present tense, phonetics, rhyme and "do" to emphasise.
Students have created pictures inspired by the song and have performed it. They have created some Gospel musical groups.

Here you can listen to the song.
