Healthy breakfast in the school.

Hello everybody,
Do you have a healthy diet? Look at this picture.
Our students are having some fruit for breakfast. Foods like oranges, bananas, pears, give us minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.

Fruit provides disease fighters. Think about the benefits of eating fruit and vegetables. Is it important? Why?



















We are making a homemade milkshake. We need some milk, some sugar,
two bananas, 6 strawberries and a pinch of lemonade.


















Have you got a healthy menu?
Think about your breakfast, your lunch and your dinner.
How often do you have unhelathy food like pizza, burgers, pancakes, brownies?
